1. The Rechev Platform

Rechev is Hyderabad's premier AI-powered peer-to-peer car rental and fleet management platform. We provide the technology connecting Guests seeking high-quality vehicles with verified Hosts and Fleet Owners.

2. User Accounts & KYC

To use Rechev, all users must complete an AI-assisted KYC (Know Your Customer) verification:

• Guests: Must upload a valid Driving License and Aadhaar Card for real-time identity verification.
• Hosts: Must provide valid Registration Certificates (RC), active comprehensive insurance, and tax documents for all listed vehicles.

Our AI engine automatically inspects documents for authenticity. Submission of fraudulent documents results in immediate, permanent platform expulsion.

3. Booking, Delivery, and Fastag

Guests can book vehicles on hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly plans. When 'Host Delivery' is selected, delivery fees apply based on distance across Hyderabad. Toll charges incurred during the trip are tracked automatically via Fastag integration and billed directly to the Guest.

4. Vehicle Condition & AI Damage Detection

Guests and Hosts must record vehicle condition photos at trip start and end. Rechev utilizes AI Vision models to analyze these images and objectively resolve any damage disputes. Guests are liable for new damage occurring during their booking window.

5. Smart Pricing & Revenue Settlement

Rechev employs dynamic AI pricing to optimize vehicle yields based on seasonal demand and local market trends in Hyderabad. We deduct a fixed platform commission from Host earnings and remit payouts weekly via automated bank transfers.

6. Liability & Insurance

Rechev operates as a technology marketplace. Vehicles listed on the platform remain owned by individual Hosts. Every trip is covered by Rechev's commercial insurance partners, and Rechev mediates disputes and claims handling.
