We collect essential personal information required to deliver a seamless self-drive car rental and host management experience:
- Identity & Auth Data: Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Profile Photo, and Google Account OAuth tokens.
- KYC & Document Verification: Driver's License photos, Aadhaar details, and live selfie photos for AI identity verification.
- Telemetry & Location Data: Vehicle GPS coordinates during active rental trips, Fastag toll events, and odometer readings.
- Financial & Payment Data: Encrypted payment tokens (processed securely via Razorpay), UPI IDs, and host payout bank account details.
2. AI Processing and Document Verification
Uploaded identity documents and vehicle inspection photos are processed by automated AI vision systems to perform Optical Character Recognition (OCR), fraud detection, and damage inspection. Data processed during verification is strictly stored in encrypted cloud database vaults.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is strictly used to process bookings, verify driver eligibility, facilitate secure payments, manage host earnings, prevent vehicle theft, and enforce trip safety regulations. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data Security & Encryption
All communication between your device and Rechev servers is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 / SSL protocols. All sensitive personal records and identity files are stored encrypted at rest using AES-256 bit encryption.
5. Account & Data Deletion Rights
Per Google Play Console and global privacy standards, you have the full right to delete your Rechev account and request complete erasure of your personal data at any time.
